Business Code of Ethics - "THE PARENTS"
Since 1998, we have been poised with our work and combined experiences to improve performance and quality in residential remodeling. In 2002, we expanded into commercial construction for worldwide businesses and we have sustained a respectable level of growth and quality. We have pushed the envelope of prosperity despite of economic recessions. Our reputation for our integrity has been admirable and we shall not compromise that at any price.
This is why I feel that it is necessary to issue this document to every employee, contractor and Salesperson an issue of our code of conduct called “The PARENTS” (Policy and Regulatory Ethics, No Tolerance System). Our reputation has no negative marks and our governance has been thorough. With anticipated growth and more employees and contractors joining our company, we need not only your support but all our affiliations to uphold our ethical standards. This cannot be accomplished by ideas and words. Each of us needs to make a decision and to take actions in the same direction particularly now in times when more new people are joining our company. We must seek to earn higher level of trust every day, employee by employee.
